You may return your product within one week of receiving it.
You can inspect the product on delivery, and return it in one of two ways:
- Refuse on arrival: if you decide not to keep the product while the courier is still there, you pay the shipping fee once.
- Return after delivery: if you choose to return it after the courier has left, a pickup is arranged on another day, and you pay the shipping fee twice (original delivery + return).
Your refund is issued online once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in good condition.
