Returns & Exchange

You may return your product within 3 days of receiving it.

You can inspect the product on delivery, and return it in one of two ways:

• Refuse on arrival: if you decide not to keep the product while the courier is still there, you pay the shipping fee once.
• Return after delivery: if you choose to return it after the courier has left and within the 3-day window, a pickup is arranged on another day, and you pay the shipping fee twice (original delivery + return).

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Your refund is issued online once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in good condition.
