Orders
- An order is confirmed once completed on the website. We may contact you to confirm your address before shipping.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the details are incorrect. You will be notified and any amount paid refunded.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown before payment.
- Cash on Delivery is available, along with the other payment methods shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.
Products
Most of our products are handmade from muslin fabric, so slight variation in shade or texture between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
Shipping and returns
Orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Exchange policy, both published on this website.
Intellectual property
All photographs, designs, text and branding are the property of Tiny Ones Club and may not be used without written permission.
